Job summary

Connells Maple Lee flowers & gifts in Ohio is seeking a PT Delivery Driver to join our team. You will drive a provided van on local routes, deliver flowers to customers, and ensure products arrive safely and on time.

We offer a part-time schedule with alternating Saturdays and occasional Sundays, a base hourly pay of $13.00–$14.00, a safety bonus, and a 30% floral discount. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• A valid driver's license must be currently held to complete daily duties.
• Period of 3 years without any accidents or violations.
• Knowledge of local area streets is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to complete training and satisfactorily complete evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with recipients.
• Perform rural and city deliveries efficiently and safely
• Deliver products without damages to the product or the vehicle
• Safe driving practices will be required for all drivers
• Customer contact skills and overall people skills are required
• Driver will be expected to wear a uniform that is maintained at an acceptable, clean level

We are seeking applicants who enjoy driving and making people happy. We're offering part-time employment including alternating Saturdays and occasional Sundays. More hours will be scheduled during floral holidays and other busy times.

We require a valid drivers’ license and a good driving record. Computer experience and knowledge of Bexley, Columbus, and the surrounding areas are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
