Primary Purpose

Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department. Maintain standards according to the manual, maximize sales through excellent service, and minimize shrink by proper product handling.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to colleagues.
• Follow all manuals for product processing, labeling, etc.
• Handle ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise according to policies.
• Ensure sanitation, proper food handling, and equipment cleanliness.
• Use company tools like ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions following procedures.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Wear the uniform properly, maintain a neat appearance, and follow dress code.
• Complete required training courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
