Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Oklahoma CNA certification must be current.
• Oklahoma CMA certification must be current.
• Experience in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and non-personal care following each resident's care plan.
• Administer medications accurately and timely on shift.
• Assist with meals and daily activities as needed.
• Complete shift reports and update resident progress notes.
• Support team leadership on the shift and communicate with families.
