DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
  3. Assign tasks to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during downtime.
  4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  5. Adhere to safety standards, report equipment issues, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  6. Monitor security by observing customer behavior and reporting suspicious activity.
  7. Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect company assets.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to store policy and health regulations.
  9. Perform cashier, bagging, service desk/kiosk, and bookkeeping functions as needed.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical skills.
  • Ability to perform cashier and service desk/kiosk duties.

Prerequisite Training:

  • Service Desk/Kiosk Stores: Completed relevant training packets.
  • Non-Service Desk/Kiosk Stores: Completed cashier training packet.
Physical Requirements
  • Repetitive hand and arm motions while standing/walking.
  • Bend and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Push or pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
  • Handle shopping carts and various substances.
  • Sufficient visual acuity for checking documents.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage work schedules effectively.
  • Handle cash and verify IDs according to store policies.
  • Process refunds and guarantees smoothly.
  • Supervise front-end and service desk/kiosk staff as assigned.
  • Treat colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, with accommodations if needed.

Salary range: $17.35 - $24.75 per hour.
