Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding friendly customer service.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Clean check-stands daily and assist with spill and breakage cleanup.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Work within management guidelines to maintain productivity.
  • Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas safe.
  • Treat all associates with fairness and respect.
  • Perform price checks accurately.
  • Manage store supplies responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
  • Sort and handle returnable bottles as per vendor requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Meet minimum age requirements.
  • Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
  • Ability to perform technical job requirements.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent repetitive motions while standing.
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Pushing or pulling up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Handling various substances and working in different weather conditions.
  • Managing shopping carts and bottles as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Greeting customers and providing courteous service.
  • Properly bagging and sorting items.
  • Managing return-to-stock items, including refrigerated and perishable goods.
  • Providing carryout service.
  • Handling bottle returns and operating related equipment safely.
  • Meeting physical requirements of the position, with accommodations if needed.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
