PT Customer Experience Manager Medford New York

Job Location

Store - Medford, NY

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
  2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
  3. Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with locating products and solutions.
  4. Support Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements.
  5. Achieve KPIs for front-end policies and team performance.
  6. Plan and execute in-store events and manage shrink and safety programs.
  7. Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, and onboarding new team members.
  8. Train, coach, and develop the customer experience team; serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  9. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing services.
  10. Lead high-quality custom framing delivery in stores without a Framing Manager.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical activities like lifting and reaching.
  • Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings; some outdoor work and handling of glass and heat press equipment.
Additional Information

Salary range: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour.
