Job summary

HSHS St. Mary’s Decatur Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Imaging team in Decatur, IL. The schedule is part-time, 24 hours per week, with 5-hour shifts from 10am to 3pm/4pm.

The ideal candidate will position patients, operate CT equipment, and produce high-quality diagnostic images. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Licensure requirements include WI Radiographer license, IL accreditation (or temporary accreditation), ARRT RT(R) certification, and CT credential (preferred).

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate in radiologic technology required.
• Licensure as Radiographer in WI and IL accreditation/temporary accreditation required.
• ARRT RT(R) certification and BLS required; CT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while following physician orders.
• Maintain high-quality imaging and assist with imaging procedures.

Education

Associates degree in allied health or radiologic technology

Radiologic technology certificate program

Licensed Radiographer (WI)

ARRT RT(R) certification

CT credential from ARRT (preferred)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
