Job summary

Pies & Pints in Morgantown, WV is hiring prep team members for a fun, fast-paced, team-based kitchen. We’re looking for charismatic, detail-oriented individuals with good communication who want to learn all areas of a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, stocking stations, and upholding safety standards while contributing to a positive work environment. Competitive hourly rate and benefits are available; apply in person 2pm–4pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food while following recipes and upholding quality standards.
• Detail oriented while completing tasks and responsibilities.
• Set up and stock stations with all tools and products needed.
• Keep a clean area at all times and practice “clean as you go”.
• Complete job responsibilities while following Pies standards.
• Following all safety standards to create a safe work environment for associates and guests.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and able to take direction well.
