Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: welcome customers, recommend products, and enhance their experience with product demonstrations and sampling.
• Produce high-quality products meeting company standards, demonstrating safe food handling, and following merchandising and storage standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance during every shift.

Contribute to Store Profitability

• Follow cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Adhere to inventory and stock guidelines.

Learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista

• Engage in self-initiated learning beyond standard training.
• Master standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Preferably supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid ID.
• Meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills; food handling certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the time.
