CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to launch a brand-new outpatient clinic in Middleburg, FL. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with business growth, shaping culture, building a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding patient care from day one.

Ideal candidates will be licensed PTs with CAPTE-accredited education, at least one year of PT experience, and a passion for learning, growth, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
