Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience and clinical performance.
