Giant Food, a long-standing community grocer in the DMV area, is hiring a Meat/Seafood Clerk in Arlington. You will assist customers, help select products, and maintain accurate packaging and labeling while upholding food safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to meet store needs.

The Meat/Seafood Clerk supports the department by preparing, packaging, and displaying fresh meat and/or seafood products in accordance with food safety and quality standards. This role assists customers with product selection, provides knowledgeable recommendations, and ensures a clean, organized, and well-stocked department. The Meat/Seafood Clerk helps maintain freshness, follows sanitation guidelines, and delivers excellent service to create a positive shopping experience. This role can be assigned in either the meat or seafood department as business needs arise.
