Primary Purpose

Our meat clerks select the best cuts for customers and help them find what they need. They also stock and maintain display cases and help our meat cutters weigh, prepare, label, and package products. This is a general overview of their job duties; you may be asked to assist in other ways as well, depending on the needs of your store.
