U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Pt Cleaning Specialist for Inkster, MI 48141. The role is 4 hours per night, Monday through Friday after 5pm, with an hourly rate of $15.00 and biweekly pay. Ideal candidates are 18+ and able to follow safety guidelines; prior commercial cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities include cleaning and detailing, operating basic cleaning equipment, and reporting any issues. Transportation to the site is needed; no relocation required.

Qualificações

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand and follow safety guidelines and regulations.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience (office, medical, or retail) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic commercial cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, detailing, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restrooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor scrubber) when required and report maintenance needs.
• Follow scope of work and Servico Standards; arrive on time with minimal supervision.
