Qualifications
Must be comfortable working with an intensive clinical population.
Must learn behavior management interventions and facilitate therapeutic groups.
Valid driver’s license required.
At least three years of experience with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead therapeutic groups and daily activities.
Ensure children's safety and supervision.
Implement behavior management strategies.
Partner with clinical case managers on treatment plans.
Assist with transportation of children.
