Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable working with an intensive clinical population.
  • Must learn behavior management interventions and facilitate therapeutic groups.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • At least three years of experience with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead therapeutic groups and daily activities.
  • Ensure children's safety and supervision.
  • Implement behavior management strategies.
  • Partner with clinical case managers on treatment plans.
  • Assist with transportation of children.
