NO WEEKENDS! NO CALL! NO TRAUMA! ASC WORK ONLY!

Part-Time work (2-3 days per week)

Join our client's dynamic surgical team at an outpatient surgery center in McKinney, TX, where your expertise will be valued and you can learn new things every day! Experience in vascular, orthopedic or spine surgery settings preferred.

Only Ambulatory Surgery Center: No trauma, only regular, scheduled procedures.

What You Will Do...

  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields for pain and spine procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout the surgical process.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and other team members to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative duties, including equipment checks and inventory management.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

  • Current CST certification and proven experience in the medical field, especially in pain management and spine procedures.
  • Ortho and/or vascular experience preferred
  • A solid understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate surgical team needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining a patient-first approach.
