The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, managing backstock, replenishing shelves, and maintaining store presentation. Tasks also include breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and stacking pallets.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish displays, rotate products, and present shelves as directed
• Remove expired items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 55%, walking 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used at work
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
