PRIMARY PURPOSE

• Cut, mark, and stock cases as outlined in the Center Store training guide.
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills. Must have interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements. Must meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, including overhead, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Meet established volume/activity standards.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time.
• Frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Handle various substances related to cleaning, packaging, and food products.
• Tolerate working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes.
• Use computers, calculators, and communication systems as required.

Salary range: $15.50 - $22.30 per hour.
