Job summary

Saco Bay PT, a startup outpatient physical therapy center under Select Medical, is hiring a Center Manager-Physical Therapist to open and lead a Bath, ME facility launching in July 2026. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth, and build a high-performing team with a patient-first focus.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT, graduate of an accredited PT program, with leadership experience and a passion for collaborating with physicians, payors, and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient center.
• Drive business growth and foster a high-performing team.
• Partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios.
