Job summary

Saco Bay PT in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager with pelvic floor experience preferred. The role oversees the outpatient therapy team and partners with physicians to maximize patient outcomes in a center-focused setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with compensation of $80k–$100k, plus incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment. Join a network of 1900 centers offering growth and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
