Job summary

Kids for the Future in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly cashier/server to deliver exceptional service to our residents and guests. You will take orders, handle cash and dining dollars, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals, processing transactions via POS, delivering to tables and resident apartments, stocking supplies, and following opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers certification required.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Lift up to 75 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of meals.
• Must adhere to dining service cash and key handling standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain full and appealing retail stock.
• Keep the dining room cleanliness.
• Take customer order via POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables.
• Occasionally deliver food to resident apartments.
• Clear tables in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service for all.
• Effectively and accurately use POS system to take resident orders and handle cash, card, or dining dollar transactions in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Assist in setting buffet, plating of meals, and serving meals.
• Wash and store dishes.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
