Store - DC-ROCKVILLE, MD

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions
2. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
3. Engage customers on the benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
7. Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance tasks
8. Support shrink and safety programs
9. Adhere to SOPs and company policies for compliance
10. Interact respectfully with customers and team members, promote positive image
11. Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work nights/weekends
• Climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and use of ladders or similar equipment

Legal and Age Requirements:

Applicants must meet federal, state, and local requirements. Must be at least 16 years old.
