Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $16.66 - $19.72 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview: Brand Ambassadors prioritize customer service and are passionate about providing a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
2. Understand sales objectives and meet or exceed KPIs such as SPH and data capture, utilizing key tools and resources.
3. Contribute to achieving sales goals by collaborating with the team and upholding brand standards.
4. Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
5. Educate customers on programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings.
6. Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
7. Maintain store policies and processes, including opening and closing responsibilities.
8. Support operational activities like floor sets and replenishment.
9. Participate in training on compliance, products, processes, and company initiatives.
10. Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
11. Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
12. Maintain visual standards and adhere to visual techniques and guidelines.
13. Support a positive work environment, uphold company values and policies.
14. Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive team environment.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
3. Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals if necessary.
4. Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
5. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
