Position: Care Provider

Shifts, Time, and Days: Friday & Saturday, 6:00am - 2:00pm (1 position in Assisted Living, 1 position in Memory Care)

Pay Range: $17.75/hour - $18.75/hour

The Care Provider is responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care to residents, enhancing their independence and quality of life, aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and maintaining continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs, maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisors of any observed or suspected changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass Criminal Background, Physical, and TB tests.
• COVID-19 vaccination and safety protocols may be required.
