Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Minnesota is seeking an awake overnight in-home caregiver to cover 11pm–7am shifts, with additional hours available.

Starting wages are $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, caregivers can enroll in our CNA training and receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification. Benefits include weekly pay and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs.
• Assist at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Comfort Keepers is now hiring an awake overnight in home caregiver. Primary hours would be from 11pm to 7am with additional hours available if interested.

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
