In The Role
The JT Career Coach (IC) - USAhelps ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date.
They support the success of the Career Services team by coaching 60 students / graduates in group settings (< 10 participants per group), and hosting office hours, and facilitating 1:1 Mock HR sessions.
This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving.
