Fitness Together Franchise, LLC is launching the Personal Trainer Career Accelerator Program (PTCAP) to provide hands-on experience in a professional studio setting before taking on a full PT role. Qualifications

• Recently certified/graduated or soon-to-be certified trainers.
• Interest in fitness and a clear path into the industry.
• Willingness to learn through a phased mentorship/internship program.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced trainers to learn client interaction and session flow.
• Assist with studio tasks, cleaning, admin, and client check-ins.
• Co-lead programming, warmups, cooldowns, and small session segments under supervision.
• Participate in movement screens and coaching development.
