Job summary

Terrabis, a leading cannabis company, seeks an experienced Budtender to join our Missouri dispensary team. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, processing transactions with the POS, and maintaining a clean, compliant store. Availability for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations.
• Experience with METRC and other cannabis tracking systems.

Responsibilities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass all required background checks
• Must possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be available to travel 10% of the time
• Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
• Must have open availability which includes nights and weekends
