Responsibilities

• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize various shopping methods and support new technology to enhance sales.
• Represent customer experience expectations in store and deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences.

• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery via digital tools.
• Ensure store standards are maintained at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in various environments.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
