Responsibilities include:
  1. Motivating to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  2. Focusing on the customer to drive business proactively.
  3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
  4. Utilizing innovative shopping methods and supporting the use of new technology.
  5. Representing customer experience expectations and supporting store and brand standards.
  6. Engaging in networking to build a clientele and providing feedback to management.
  7. Supporting alternative purchasing options and enhancing product discovery methods.
  8. Ensuring all store standards are maintained at all times.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
  1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
  3. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, operate the register, and work flexible hours including weekends and possibly overnight shifts.
  4. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
