Night and weekend availability is required. You will deliver expert skincare and makeup advice, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service. Candidates should have cosmetics retail experience, strong sales ability, and a passion for beauty.

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for TWO Part-Time Beauty Coaches (up to 25 hours per week) based in our Clarins Outlet Store in Wrentham Village Premium Outlets located in Wrentham, MA. One of the position requires bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin, while the second position requires English fluency only. Whether you speak English or are bilingual in English & Mandarin, we encourage you to apply! Night and weekend availability is required.

The role:

You will represent the Clarins Brand and drive the business through acquisition and retention of customers, while providing superior levels of customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Work to make each guest’s visit a delightful and memorable experience by providing friendly, caring, knowledgeable and personalized service.
• Work to achieve store goals by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards and following all store policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to obtain product knowledge, selling skills and guest service skills. Utilize those skills during guest interactions.

You are:

• Comfortable demonstrating products on the customer

• Confident, positive and self-motivated
• Language requirements:
  • Position 1: English and Mandarin proficiency required
  • Position 2: Only English proficiency required

You have:

• A passion for the skincare and make-up industry with prior cosmetics experience
• Retail sales experience, preferably in a busy mall environment
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others, as well as part of a team
• Ability to create activity and animation

Salary Range: $22.40/hour
