Job summary

Clarins Group in Boston is seeking a Part-Time Beauty Therapist (Esthetician) to deliver Clarins Face Treatments and Make-up services, and to act as a brand ambassador from the moment the client enters the cabin until they leave.

You will work in Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill, providing expert advice, maintaining the treatment cabin, and ensuring a premium client experience. Aesthetician license, 1 year of industry experience, and makeup skills are required; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room before each treatment.
• Check that all necessary products are available.
• Tidy the room and prepare materials for the treatment.
• Check the temperature and lighting.
• Provide Clarins mini-Treatment and Make-up services following protocols.
• Remain with the client from start to finish.
• Represent Clarins image in appearance and behavior.
• Develop links to retail through client communications.
• Make sure the client has time to receive the treatment.
• End of treatment: recommend products.
• Inventory management for treatment room.
• General cabin related tasks.

The role:

You will make the client experience all the well-being, the efficiency and the know-how of Clarins Face Treatments and Clarins Make-up services.

You will be a Clarins Ambassador from the moment the client enters the cabin until she/ he leaves.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Treatments

• Prepare the treatment room before each treatment.
• Check that all necessary products are available.
• Tidy the room and prepare the material required for the treatment (disposable material).
• Check the temperature & lighting.
• Offer a Clarins mini-Treatment of the highest standard (Welcoming, Preparatory Relaxation, Treatment, Product recommendation) and Make-up services following the protocols.
• Stay with the client all the time from the moment you welcome her/him until she/he leaves.
• Represent Clarins image at all times in terms of appearance and behavior.
• Develop links to retail through client communications.

Cabin Operations

• Make sure she/he has enough time to receive the treatment before her/his departure.
• At the end of the treatment, systematically recommend products.
• Personal targets, i.e.: assigned treatment room inventory.
• General cabin related tasks.

You are:

You have:

• Aesthetician license (required)
