Responsibilities

• Determine customers' coffee needs and interests, and offer La Colombe products

PRODUCT: Deliver DELICIOUSNESS with EFFICIENCY

• Process purchases accurately using POS system, handle payments, and apply discounts
• Assist in quality control with cafe leadership and technical team
• Complete training promptly
• Coach fellow baristas on quality standards

PLACE: Demonstrate cafe pride by prioritizing CLEANLINESS and safety

• Maintain cleanliness and handle hot beverages with care
• Clean equipment and organize products
• Identify safety hazards and escalate as needed
• Complete opening/closing tasks and participate in deep cleans
• Proactively maintain cafe appearance
• Sanitize and clean throughout shifts

Requirements

• Frequent use of hands
• Basic understanding of POS systems
