Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a part-time PT Barista in PA to craft hot and cold beverages and provide exceptional guest hospitality. The role includes cross-training as a PT Team Member, working in Café and Front of House as needed, and completing ServSafe and Barista Certification during scheduled shifts.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with typical availability of around 15 hours per week. Shifts include 5–6 hours, with some 8-hour extensions based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista, café, restaurant, or customer service is preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to cross-train in Front of House and Bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot coffees, cold coffees, refreshers, blended drinks, teas, and other café beverages.
• Provide friendly and welcoming hospitality to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
• Follow recipes and café preparation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the Café.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support Bakery team during busy periods.
