Barista

As a Barista, you’ll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. You’ll engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile, acting as the bright start to our guests' mornings.
• Operate coffee and espresso machines, maintain a clean workspace, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
• A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various hospitality roles, such as bartender, beverage manager, or food and beverage management positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• No educational minimum is required.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.

• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
