Key Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and espresso drinks to guests with a friendly smile.
• Operate coffee and espresso machines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries.
• Report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.

Education & Experience

• No educational minimum is required.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.

• Basic literacy and ability to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
