Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Train and support other associates.
• Communicate effectively within the department and organization.
• Adhere to management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Treat coworkers with fairness and respect.
• Develop product knowledge in bakery items.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Prepare, proof, and bake products as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive hand and arm motions while standing/walking.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach overhead or to shoulder level while lifting.
• Work in hot/cold environments for short periods.
• Operate controls and handle food and cleaning substances.

Preferred Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection.
• Package, display, and organize bakery products.
• Replenish merchandise and prepare products.
• Maintain accurate records of production, sales, and inventory.
• Sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Decorate cakes and personalize products as needed.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Salary range: $15.50 - $22.30 per hour.
