Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, load into ovens, and bake goods.
3. Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and follow safety regulations
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical scores for the position
• Ability to use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools
• Perform all job functions safely
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts
• Job cycles: continual maximum
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
