Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for your shift.
2. Assemble and bake goods, including mixing ingredients, placing trays in racks, and operating ovens.
3. Package, label, and display baked goods; clean display cases and work surfaces.
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
5. Monitor and record product loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform job functions safely.
• Regular attendance and proper attire required.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job involves standing (55%) and walking (45%).
• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.; max pull static of 20 lbs.
