Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods in the oven.
3. Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh items.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and follow safety policies.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willingness to wear proper clothing and shoes.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continual activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
