Position Summary: The Bakeoff Assistant is responsible for supporting the Baker in preparing and showcasing a variety of baked goods. Demonstrates knowledge in baking recipe execution, and decoration, ensuring all items meet customer preferences and store standards. Works closely with the Baker to ensure fresh daily inventory and uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience through high-quality, visually appealing, and delicious baked goods.

Salary range is between $15.00 - $18.00 Hrly
