Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and manage inventory including backstock and shelf replenishment. Responsibilities also include breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

1. Load U-boat with stock items.
2. Stock shelves from backstock and replenish displays as directed.
3. Rotate products and remove out-of-date items efficiently.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Maintain regular attendance and performance standards.
• Ability to operate relevant equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding of company policies and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
