Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock shelves, and manage backstock. Responsibilities include working with DSD vendor backstock, replenishing shelves, and ensuring proper product rotation. This role supports building strong communities and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards including attendance
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand 55%, walk 45%
• Category IV physical demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
