Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support store operations by unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking shelves, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. The role involves replenishing shelves from backstock, rotating products, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

1. Load U-boat with stock items.
2. Replenish shelves from backstock.
3. Stock and organize displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.
4. Remove out-of-date items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Ability to meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%; sit 0%.
• Category IV physical activity including lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
