Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for Retail Store Positions to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock stock, and manage backstock on non-delivery days, replenishing shelves from mass and end displays. The role requires breaking down cartons, baling cardboard, facing or presenting the store, and moving pallets.

You will rotate product and comply with safety, attendance, and company policies while delivering great service.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restack and move U‑boats, and set up new stock. The team member also works backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non‑delivery days, replenishes shelves from mass and end displays, breaks down cartons, bails cardboard, faces or presents the store, and moves or stacks pallets.

• Load U‑boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out‑of‑code items using most efficient methods for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Can communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily
• Meets ergonomic and physical requirements and physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meets company performance standards, including regular attendance
• Able to use, or learn to use, equipment and tools required for the job

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
