The primary role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving stock, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. Responsibilities also include replenishing shelves, rotating products, and maintaining store presentation.

duties and Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove expired items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on needs
• Job cycles: continuous
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, Walk: 45%; Sit: 0%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
