Primary Purpose

This role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, managing backstock including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days, replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, and maintaining store presentation by breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and stacking pallets. The position supports building strong communities and fostering inclusivity across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

1. Load U-boat with stock items
2. Replenish shelves from backstock
3. Stock and restock displays, rotate products, and ensure proper presentation as directed by management
4. Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, adaptable to business needs
• Maximum physical exertion: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Standing: 55%, walking: 45%
• Static max pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
