The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving stock, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed by management
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs
• Job involves continuous activity
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used
• Complete Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
