The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, managing backstock, replenishing shelves, breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and facing or presenting store displays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove expired or out-of-code items using efficient rotation methods

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance
• Ability to use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs
• Job cycles: continuous maximum
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, walk: 45%; sit: 0%
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
