Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to assist in carrying out individualized plans of care for patients.

You will help deliver physical therapy treatments, implement prescribed programs, document patient responses after each visit, and communicate with the PT and rehab staff to ensure quality care. You will also operate standard PT equipment to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) candidates, working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs in collaboration with the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
